Refurbished apartment for 6 people. In a residence by the lake of Génos. Located on the first floor with easy access. We offer you, on two levels, 2 bedrooms (140/190 bed) with a mezzanine (140/190 bed). A fitted kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, a living room with convertible sofa and a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, a private parking space, a ski room.
TV with TNT. WIFI access.
Activities: PEYRAGUDES ski resort at 13 kms and VAL LOURON at 10 kms.

Le logement est conforme à la description, le panorama depuis la fenêtre est digne d’une carte postale. L’environnement est accessible à tous, sports, randonnées, détente, produits locaux…. L’hôte est prévenante quant aux modalités et le bon déroulé du séjour

Bilan sur trois jours

Les paellas ne peuvent pas être utilisées, elles sont en mauvais état. La porte du lave-vaisselle a été retirée. Le sèche-linge ne fonctionne pas, ou alors nous ne savions pas comment le faire fonctionner. Le ménage, lorsqu'il est effectué par les locataires, peut être amélioré. Sinon, emplacement magnifique, attention très correcte.

Séjour très agréable!

Appartement propre et bien équipé, conforme à la description. Il est bien placé entre la station de ski de Val Louron et celle de Peyragudes. Il est à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Loudenvielle et du skyval. L’espace est correct pour 6 personnes, la table est un peu petite pour manger à 6 mais elle est à la taille de l’appartement. La vue est très très appréciable. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et très bonne accueil sur place. Je recommande.

Une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement avec nos deux enfants. Chacun avait son lit c'était parfait. Prendre son café le matin devant le lac et les montagnes était fantastique. Rien à redire sur la location. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Idéalement placé pour ceux qui n.aime pas les stations de skis …le Skyval a 5 minutes et lac pour les non-skieurs !

Ménage peu convenable, douche bouchée, lave vaisselle en panne, ampoules hs, lit dur, pas de pq en arrivant, dommage car la maison et son emplacement sont biens.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons reservé le logement pour une nuit, de passage à Loudenvielle. Tres joli logement, rénové et décoré avec goût, idéalement situé. A quelques pas du lac, aux pieds des montagnes et à proximité d'une aire de jeux. Le logement possède de nombreux rangements, la literie n'a rien à redire. Lit bébé, très pratique pour voyager plus léger ! Communciation excellente avec l'hôte. Le laccet ses environs sont toujours aussi sublimes, peu importe la saison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
