"Acquamarina House" The terrace in the heart of downtown Genoa

The apartment is a bright attic on the 5th floor (no lift) of a historic building protected by the Department of Fine Arts, featuring a charming terrace where you can relax and enjoy dinner while taking in the view of the rooftops of the historic centre.
Thanks to its strategic location (in a pedestrian zone), you won’t have to miss out on anything.
You’ll be living in the heart of the city, and just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city centre—or you can easily reach the coast by public transport.
The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the Palazzo Ducale, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, and Piazza De Ferrari, and just a 5-minute walk from the Aquarium and Via Garibaldi with its splendid Rolli palaces.
The heart of the historic centre, where Acquamarina House is located, is a area brimming with poetry and folklore, lively and cheerful yet safe, with a wealth of historic shops, street food, and traditional trattorias where you can sample and purchase a wide variety of products.


You’ll have the entire 65-square-meter apartment plus the terrace at your disposal—it’s very bright, newly renovated, and consists of:

Master bedroom with a comfortable, spacious memory foam double bed, cotton sheets, and pillows (two per guest), a closet with hangers, and a chest of drawers. Air conditioning/heating. Upon request, we provide a free cot for children up to 3–4 years of age.

Living room with a French-style sofa bed for two additional guests, TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Dining table for four people. Air conditioning/heating.

Fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, a complete set of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Coffee pods, herbal teas, sugar, and basic condiments. There is also additional melamine tableware for convenient use on the terrace.

Full bathroom with bidet, spacious shower, hand towels and bath towels, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, and soap), hair dryer, and toilet paper.

Laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.Towel warmer/heating.

Private, fully furnished terrace for guests’ exclusive use, which—weather permitting—offers an additional dining/dinner and aperitif area with a romantic view of the rooftops.

Upon request, we can provide free parking for your car 5 km from the accommodation for the duration of your stay; you can then easily reach the property by taxi, train, or bus.
