"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"

"We were visiting on personal family business. The check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean. After working all day, my room was relaxing to come back to."

"There are absolutely no ADA devices like hand rails next to any shower, tub or toilet as required by law. There are no non slip shower or tub floors (or stickers that accomplish the same thing), the toilets are so low that I honestly think you bought them on sale at a preschool closure. The hand rails into the spas were loose and swung around when you gripped them. There were broken and missing tiles surrounding the pool and spas that were a hazard. None of the piping hot water outlets into the pool or spas are marked or painted. They blend in totally as they’re the same color as the walls. We literally watched a three year old child receive second degree burns when he inadvertently waded by one of them. He screamed for twenty minutes and the staff were like “oh well, it’s a hot spring!” This was ridiculous! Dinner was excellent, but a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. The dining room was overbooked, there were only 2 servers working the floor, and we waited 20 minutes for every request: drink menu after we were seated…water refill…ordering…desert…waiting for our check…it was INTERMINABLE!! In addition, there was a very large party that was allowed to drunkenly sing throughout their dinner while staff did nothing to shut them up. Despite the cleanliness , the friendliness of staff and the gorgeous views, there is a definite sense of neglect and lack of consideration by management and/or owners for their customers safety and well being. I’ll NEVER stay here again. "
