Close to train station and safe area with food shops and restaurants close. Poor and dis-interested response from staff. Instructions about door which had NO signage vague. Door to room jammed - had to get another room. Air conditioning not working. They rang at 10.00pm to see if they could come and look at it. Basin plug missing parts. Shower badly patched and had mould and dirt in some area. Toilet badly marked and needs replacing. Had to request 3 times for more toilet paper. Traffic noise from main street. Only 1 set keys issued. Could not even latch door if 1 person went out. Had to put chair against door or be locked in! Obviously won't be staying there again. Pity; if they did there maintenance and got better staff it would be a great budget location.

Service was impeccable and the breakfast VERY nice. Our room was efficient and clean. Only comment was the shower was small, which is understandable. A handheld shower device vs the large showerhead would probably be more effective. It was a lovely stay in a great location so Inwould definitely return...

Gods value and location!
Simple room, but clean and comfortable. A good value and an excellent location near the Piazza Principe train station. When I checked and asked for a map, the clerk was super helpful and gave me ideas for walking itineraries. I had to check in and out at a nearby property because there was no clerk at the Hotel Twenty Nine. Instructions to do so we’re clear and it was not a problem.

Staying with a group of friends who had booked in the next-door Nuovo Nord hotel. This hotel uses the same reception and shares the same breakfast room, but has a separate entrance a couple of doors up the road. My room was larger than my friends next door, but not as modern. The bathroom was a little worn, but everything worked, and the room was comfortable and kept clean. Some noise from the street in the early morning but not excessive. Very conveniently sited for the station (3 mins away) and walking distance from the city centre sites. Would use it again.

Well-placed, accommodating pied-a-terre in Genoa
A great location, walking distance from the main train station, easy walk to old town. They were very accommodating, loaning me an adaptor, providing breakfast the night before as I was departing very early. The room was cleaned when I came home each evening. Very good for the price

All you could ask for
Lovely room, comfortable bed and tho people complain bathroom is small it's not important - perfectly big enough for bathroom activities! And most importantly clean with good facilities. Very convenient and safe area (3 mins from train, 10 mins walk from historic centre) - all in all, wonderful.

Nice hotel, but single bed was tiny!
Hotel was nice, and breakfast was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable! It was also quite noisy outside early in the mornings. I booked a single room, and the room size could easily accommodate a larger bed, but for some reason they only had a small one in there (with poor pillows too) which meant my feet were off the end of the bed, and I didn't sleep that well. Surely it's such a simple thing to put a decent sized bed in the room?

Beware of the small Hobbit Beds!
Beware of the hobbit beds! I had a terrible nights sleep given the tiny single bed without a headboard. Please note that I am used to single beds. My room was noisy also given the road noise, so earplugs are a must. In terms of the positives: 1) convenient central location. 2) clean rooms. 3) nice breakfast. 4) tea and coffee in room. 5) friendly staff. Overall: 1) terrible bed. 2) noisy room given road noise. 3) cramped bathroom with no shelves and towel holders.

Muito bom para o hotel Nuovo Nord
Minha reserva era para o hotel twenty nine, porém quando cheguei fiquei muito nervosa, o quarto era escuro e tinha tanto cheiro de cigarro que passei mal, conversei com.uma moça( falava português🙏🙏) enfim ela me ofereceu outro quarto similar no hotel ao lado Nuovo Nordve tudo ficou muito bem! Limpeza otima, quarto cheiroso e seguro, fiquei muito feliz e agradecida com a troca.

El colchón demasiado blanco, te hundes en la cama, la colcha de la cama tela dura y desagradable. El baño muy pequeño, la ducha pequeñísa con un escalón alto que al salir te resbalabas con peligro de caerte.

Comodo molto vicino alla stazione principe perfetto per chi è in treno. Diversi ristoranti nei pressi e mezzi pubblici. Hotel pulito e confortevole. Unica pecca mi sarei aspettato ,visto che per covid la colazione è stata abolita , un coupon per un bar nei.pressi.

Petite structure avec des chambres propres, assez grandes et confortables; Très bonne literie, chaines sat, plateau bouilloire, tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Situation idéale à proximité de la gare et arret de BlaBla bus. Nous avons visité le centre ville accessible à pied à 10 min. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Recommande sans hésiter!

Hotel simples e localizado próximo à estação. Cama e travesseiros não eram tão confortáveis, o aquecimento parou de funcionar durante a noite por algumas horas deixando o quarto frio. Não tinha estacionamento porém indicaram um próximo.
