"great customer service and room service "

"After reading lots of negative reviews, I was worried my room not meeting our expectations. I booked a two bedroom villa. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that we got our suite in the Ridge Pointe building. The two bedroom villa is a one bedroom suite with full kitchen and a studio combined. The rooms are renovated with a fireplace and washer/dryer in unit. Bathroom toiletries are decent quality Dove products. The balcony overlook the mountain and ski runs. The views are fantastic. Location is wonderful too. It's 2 minute drive to Stagecoach lift or a 10 minute downhill walk. We didn't need to use the shuttle service. We used the sauna and pool table in the building and enjoyed them too. Service was great when we requested additional blankets. Overall we had a perfect stay because of the building that we were luckily assigned to. So I am giving five stars. I just wish this property advertised with the pictures of what you will really get."

"Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Complimentary light breakfast was pretty good. Free parking and free WiFi. A little bit of noise when people entered or exited the room next door but not bad. "
