Pulizia scarsa (capelli sul letto, bagno trovato bagnato), porta blindata che si chiude male, appartamento da ristrutturare. Bellissima vista e posizione davvero ottima.

Ottima posizione ma va curato

Ottima posizione e vista sul porticciolo. Appartamento in zona tranquilla ma vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche come acquario museo e centro. Appartamento ha bisogno di un po’ di rinnovo (bagno soprattutto) e di maggiore pulizia standard (semplice polvere etc). Ben fornito comunque di tutti i comfort ed ottima comunicazione con il gestore.
