Apartment in period building dating back to 1895.
Site in front of the port of Genoa.
Close to Aquarium, Old Town, Expo area, Lantern, University Area,.
Near motorway entrance;
train station. Graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts, the renter is available on request to accompany tourists on an art tour in the nearby Old Town, in the various Lanterna museums.
There are possible excursions by sea, Cinque Terre, Portofino, ...
... the accommodation is close to my art studio. I would be interested in creating a photo archive of the "faces" of the guests available to grant (for a few minutes) their own image. Collect, too, their testimony about the various themes of living, to know their idea about the concept of "Beautiful and Harmony" The accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette and breakfast / lunch area and dinner

Stunning place with at least 12' high ceilings. Lots of art around the house, breakfast snacks and extremely fast internet. Friendly and helpful host. One nice restaurant a couple blocks down with great food, reasonable prices but no English. Scan a code on the menu for online English version.

Positivo: el confort del dormitorio y del baño. La comunicación con Alfonso que vive en el mismo piso. Excelente limpieza. Negativo: hay que subir 3 pisos altos sin ascensor. La wifi es inestable. El microondas y la heladera están en el baño. Si se usa el baño no se puede cocinar. Si se cocina no se puede usar el baño.

Une bulle de calme au milieu de la vie

Bien que situé entre une voie ferrée et l’autoroute ce petit logement est très calme. J’y ai très bien dormi. Tout autour la population s’active ,on est au cœur de la vie italienne, proche des commerces de première nécessité. Beaucoup de bus rendent la liaison avec la ville de Gênes très facile et rapide. Alfonso est disponible et m’a très aimablement accueillie.
