Geräumige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich unweit des kleinen Hafens im Stadtteil Nervi. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bahnanbindung, so dass man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum ist. Am Hafen kann man abends wunderbar sitzen und essen. Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück ein. Das einzig Störende waren die lauten Türen im Haus und der nächtliche Verkehr. Ohropax ist also dringend zu empfehlen.

Agréable et bien situé

L'appartement bénéficie d'un jardin clôturé très agréable et d'une taille inattendue qui offre une réelle plus value. Situé au rez de chaussée, il est bien climatisé. Son agencement, ses équipements et sa propreté sont irréprochables, on s'y sent vraiment bien et en vacances. Concernant sa situation à la fois proche de Gènes et du Parc Naturel de Portofino, elle offre à chacun tout un panel de découvertes et de loisirs entre mer, montagne et ville. On peut laisser sa voiture en stationnement sans risque ni difficulté et profiter des transports en commun dont les horaires et lignes sont généreux. Location idéale pour découvrir cette région, dépaysement et bien-être assurés au cœur de la vie quotidienne de Nervi. Tout cela complété par une propriétaire totalement disponible pour répondre aux questions logistiques.
