The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful.The restaraunt was really busy and the staff were trying their best to keep up. The shuttle that went to the airport every 10/20 mins was very helpful and made getting into Geneva easy as we got the train from the airport. We didn't hear the planes taking off or leaving really.The large curtain that covered the main window didn't appear to open. There was a handy fridge in the room and reception lend out adapters to charge phones.The safe in the room as great for popping cash and passports in. Would definately recommend.

The transport driver was efficient. One of the receptionists had a bit of an attitude. Wifi is a pain. Location is fab.

Small room but manageable. I was able to check in 90 minutes early which gave me more time to see Geneva. The hotel also sent me a free transport card to use the public transportation. Hotel shuttle was frequent. Friendly staff.
