"The hotel was like an abandoned warehouse: at first, i thought maybe it had gone bankrupt. But there was someone at the desk, and she did check me in. Room 513 was a nice enough room but not the upgrade i should have been given as a Bonvoy elite member. Toilet didn"t flush, elevator stopped between floors, andmsid banged on the door at 9 am, half an hoir before my alarm. And terrible location in a business park. Typical marriott hospitality,if you know what i mean."

"The room was very clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was excellent with a lot of interesting choices. Daniel the bartender was excellent. We were disappointed to be surprised with a $15 parking fee that we didn't know about. If we had we would have stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street which doesn't charge for parking."
