"After growing up in Evergreen MANY years ago, I was honestly unsure of how clean and updated these could possibly be, as I remember them being pretty run down even back then! We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful evening after a wedding. The cabin was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. It was quiet & the sound of the rushing creek during the night was peaceful. We had some trouble with the coffee maker, but we let Raul (the maintenance/cleaning gentleman) know in the morning and he was happy to get that taken care of asap. Wish we could've spent longer there, but it definitely met our needs at the time. All we really needed was a clean and comfortable place near the lake house, the history and rustic character was a bonus!"

"What a nice surprise we had when we checked in and realized that every bedroom had its own bath! We had our 2 children, their spouses, and 7 grandchildren. We were there to attend a family wedding in Morrison. We did a lot of cooking in the well stocked kitchen and there was more than enough plates, etc for our group. Lots of inside and outside games for all ages. Although we had no infants, the home was fully stocked on baby equipment. "
