We liked our room. We liked the staff. We liked the casino, and its proximity.
I only wish the pool staff would stop playing awful TECHNO “music”at the pool. It is an amazing pool , but i hate the “music”. I can’t enjoy this nice pool! It’s not a Molly infused rave club in Vegas! Common sense!!!

The location in the heart of BGC is excellent. Additionally, the staff were consistently respectful and courteous throughout my visit. I also found the breakfast to be outstanding, particularly with the variety of options provided on the daily menu.

It was okay. Staff were good. We were booked In the old building. We did not know about old and new buildings.
Old building guests have to walk or get free cart ride to basement of new building to use the pool. Then take escalator up to lobby near pool. ( Sandals and bathing suits can’t be worn in the lobby. )There is no way to get there except this way for us. The man at the pool informed us we need to bring dry clothes and sneakers. Pool was small anyway . Not worth the hassle or price. Much better options nearby.
