"This was a great getaway for my husband and I. I will say since it is attached to the office, be prepared for a lot of people walking back and forth in the front. Nothing that bothered us but it may bother others."

"Clean rooms just a lot of construction was going on but great stay"

"Unfortunately we had to check out of our room as soon as we walked in. There was mold on the curtains and it smelled horrible. They beds were made but dishoveled. The hotel needs a remodel and air freshner. The staff was very nice however she did not seem fazed by the mold in our room."

"To start we arrived around 2:40pm we were told we must wait until 3 exactly not even 2:59 or pay $15 to check in early. We had just driven 14 hours. The $15 is not in issue if we had arrived a lot earlier that’s fine. It’s the principle. The 3 20 something kids at the front desk we rude about this issue . I say this because when we were able to check in ( we waited until 5:30) Theresa was very nice when she checked us in. Now for the room. I opened a coffee cup and put water in it and saw black stuff floating. It had the plastic on it when I opened it. I looked at the other one still in plastic same thing.. Bathroom was terrible. Floors and bathroom door were dirty. Pubic hairs on toilet rim and more. Toilet ran the whole time. The remote batteries kept popping out because no cover and springs are bent.. fridge was dirty. Bring pillows. 2 very thin pillows. The bed is a thin mattress but with a mattress pad on it and it actually wasn’t uncomfortable. "

"Lake view must have been zoomed as once we arrived was not similar. Patio sliding door was very hard to open/close and lock. Noises throughout the night that sounded like someone was trying to open front door. Did not sleep that first night.The bed was uncomfortable and set on a metal frame so getting in and out of bed was trepadious. The tv in that bedroom was NO SIGNAL didnt work. We had to catch stink bugs. There was a kentucky water roach on the floor, its back inside right by the deck door when we woke up Sunday. We left a day early and although the cottage was clean, well stocked, lovely decorated it was not a memorable experience that i would recommend "

"Great breakfast. Clean quiet room with comfy beds. Kids loved the pool"

"The room was very comfortable. Loved being able to log into my streaming services on the tv. Shower was great. Did not get up early enough to experience breakfast, but im sure it would have been good. Front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. Would stay here again. Loved the soap, shampoo, and conditioner!"
