"we found 2 cups of frozen yogurt that wasnt cleaned out of the fridge. the water park was closed and we weren't notified until it was to late for us to cancel they did offer a pool at one of there other location that was a mile away and the water in the pool was cold and there was no hot tub. Burger Theory the restaurant in the hotel was not good food was cold staff were more worried about chomping gum than taking care of customers and they didnt have a complimentary breakfast you had to pay for it. The parking outside the hotel had to be paid for separately and it was 50 dollars for one night. Not at all a great experience."

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed "

"Hyatt Place Omaha was very clean, but the breakfast service area is too crowded. Overall a great stay at Christmas time, though. Staff was real nice."

"Hubby and I enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel. Rooms are beautifully renovated and very spacious. We dined at Three Card Monte Restaurant and food and drinks were very good as was the service. Would definitely stay again if given the chance. "
