"À notre arrivée, nous avons dû patienter un peu car les propriétaires avaient oublié de nous transmettre les codes d’accès.L’appartement est bien situé, en plein centre-ville, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le parking est payant, ce qui est compréhensible compte tenu de l’emplacement.En revanche, le logement ne mérite pas vraiment les 3 étoiles annoncées. "Location compared to city center is excellent but this is a unit in a social housing bock that has been adapted so you should not expect quiet neighbours. The parking is reasonably secure because it is secluded but it is very easy to get into the building and steal it or its contents. But the worse of wall was the state of cleaning. Truly awful: kitchen bin with rubbish, toilet seat soiled, bathroom towel with stain, oven filthy, dust all over. They definitely need to hire a new cleaner."

"This place is perfect for a stop over while driving through France. The buffet style breakfast is excellent value for money as is the hotel itself. There’s secure parking and you can top up with groceries from the next door supermarket before you hit the road again. Will be looking out for other Ace hotels while traveling in the future."

"Great location. Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was a decent size as per European standards. Bed comfortable. Our room had a patio in front with table and chairs for great view of the square in front. Lots of restaurants/bar , cafés, shopping very close by. This is an older beautiful building so elevator is very small if you are claustrophobic."

"I paid for an 'upgraded' room. Staff very brusque and I was handed key and told room was not in Manoir but in another building 200 yards away. This building had birds nests and droppings all over entrance. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs to a lofted room that had 2 extra befs in the loft and a small A/C unit incapable of cooling such a room in 37 degree heat. I handed back they key and was refused either a refund or change of room A nightmare experience!"

"I have to begin this review by saying that I do not understand how it’s possible that this hotel has four stars. It’s simply not in the right class. The front desk staff were very welcoming and pleasant, the air conditioning in the room was exceptionally good (which was needed during this heatwave), but other than that, the rest of the experience was simply okay. The hotel is in need of renovation in general (very dated decor), but the worst of it is that the door to the room will not close properly. There was a gap between the door jamb and the door even when the door was closed and locked, resulting in in sound-proofing. It also seems like a security issue to me, and it’s shocking that hotel management allows this to remain in this condition. In addition, the room’s refrigerator smelled like Camembert when I first opened it, and I had to get cleaning staff to clean it out for me. One of the coffee cups had splattered coffee stains on the outside, so I’m not sure how thoroughly the cups are cleaned between guests either. The bottom sheet on the bed had black marks on it, and the mattress sagged and was simply not up to 4-star hotel standards. This hotel room did have access to a terrace/balcony (the only standard room with this feature), but it was not maintained. All in all, I had the impression of a hotel hanging on to a 4-star rating that simply doesn’t apply anymore."
