"Das Personal ist echt engagiert und hilfsbereit. Besonders der junge Mann im Frühstückssaal ist super fleißig und hat alles im Blick und Griff. Die Zimmerreinigung bei Ankunft müsste bisschen ordentlicher sein, bei Ankunft lag noch eine Zahnbürste in der Dusche samt Zahnpasta und eine angebissene Pizza lag im Karton auf dem Schrank, guckte aber deutlich rüber, daher habe ich sie sofort gesehen. Ich würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen 👍 Die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter ist super. "

"I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. Needless to say I waited the 25 minutes. The new owners are focussing on the hotel so the restaurant that was originally part of the hotel complex is currently closed. There are very few options for eating in the area of the hotel. There is a great bakery for coffee and something to eat in the morning, but it’s a little...

"The hotel was located in a very convenient location, with plenty of amenities nearby, most importantly: a stone's throw from the Steele railway station. The premises were spotless, quiet, the rooms vast, cosy and all areas of the building felt well-maintained, and comfortable."
