Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. "

Prima Ausgangsbasis für Radtouren und Wanderungen im Rheingau und umzu. Räder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Cons: Zur Straße hin morgens recht laut, Durchgangsverkehr. Aber notfalls kann man im Wohnzimmer übernachten, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist."

"After a two week WWII historical tour, my son and I used this place to relax for a week, do laundry, and as an HQ for visiting Frankfurt-area universities and the Nürburgring (about an hour away). Had a lovely stay! Quiet, peaceful village. Beautiful view. Loved Cappicola pizza at Da Aldo Hauptstraße and Wiener schnitzel at restaurant Zum Adler. We bought groceries at Markt-Bäckerei, which is just a quick drive to the next village. Hope to return in the future."
