"The room was rather basic, small and the bed was hard. The chairs and table were functional but for us two seniors, not ones to relax in. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and breakfast I the pub was wonderful. And the restaurant manager who waited on us was very friendly and provided excellent service."

"This property was beautiful and well maintained for sure. Internet was very spotty and had to reset WIFI but that’s expected. Just information for another guest.Would suggest to add some for of food storage containers for leftovers. We did go to grocery outlet and get baggies and Saran wrap. Would have been great to have something on site though.A few more garbage bags also is suggested.Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful location for Hood to Coast experience The Burroughs"

"Great place to stay. If you are a golfer, there is a golf course right across the street. Great view of the ocean from room. Short distance to either Seaside or Astoria. Rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were small but do able for the weekend. Beds were clean and comfy. Had extra blankets in all the closets if needed. Large living room space. Kitchen was good size everything you might need for small group. Only downside was no hot water 2nd morning. When out fishing in the cold and you come in looking for a warm shower all you got was cold water was a little disappointing. But if that’s gets fixed great place to get away for the weekend."

"The property was nice. Great view of the ocean. Soft comfortable bed. Just a few small (nit-picky) issues. There wasn’t enough seating. Just one couch, yeah that was fine for my wife and, I but for larger groups it wouldn’t be enough. And the unit is in desperate need of a lighting upgrade. The current set up makes you feel as if you’re stuck in a dungeon. Other than that, the place was great."
