"Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Very nice property with access to the beach. The house was clean and the hosts were accessible and friendly. It was so nice to bring our two family pets. Outdoor seating was nice for sunny afternoons. A nice perk was both hot and cold water to wash off sand by the side door of the house. We wished there was a hose. In our party of 16, we just had one complaint about a squeeky bed frame and one king mattress that could use an upgrade. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend staying here!"

"This stay was not as advertised. The unit was not clean, furniture was in poor condition and did not match the listing photos, and Wi Fi access was not provided despite being a key reason we booked. We were unable to reach anyone for help during our stay and were even directed to the wrong management company listed inside the unit. Communication only came after checkout. When we finally spoke with Ms. Cruz Ignacio, she was unresponsive, stated she was too busy to address the issue, and was ultimately rude and hung up during a call. Overall, a very frustrating experience and poorly managed."

"The pool building was cool. It was just what we needed at the end of the day to get the kids’ energy out. "

"Two things: Most important is bathroom. Not ADA compliant and it should say so. No hand rails. Additionally, commode is very difficult to access (very low height) with very cramped space, no assist handles. There is an outdoor fire ring, but the plastic chairs that are in a locked shed and inaccessible. Finally, better instructions on electronics (from TV to temp gauge for gas heater) WIFI--though WIFI instructions were fine. Would not stay here again because of bathroom. Regards, Cliff Barnett"

"Beautiful home very spacious, kitchen was well equipped . The beach is walking distance which my family loved .There was ants in the kitchen around the stove and dishwasher.During this rain storm one of the kitchen windows had a leak into the kitchen and the other window almost fell off, as it was only being held by a couple of Nails screws, and there was a gap where the wind was blowing in.I would have really liked à heads up on about the driveway . The listing specifies that there’s only parking available in the driveway with no parking on the street. Saturday morning there was a storm and our Suv got stuck in the driveway which happened to be grass /no gravel and downhill. We called the property rental and the person that answered the phone was not very helpful. She was very condescending and actually laughed at the situation that our vehicle was stuck, and said they were not responsible to provide any of that information or assistance with getting our vehicle out of the driveway. Which she then said we would have to call a tow truck which we did it cost us 200 to get our vehicle out of the driveway,mind you we lost all morning of activities that we had planned with our family. "
