The check in process was difficult and we could not check in as instructions never made it to us. We walked in circles and were calling before we finally were able to get a hold of someone who send us the instructions. Afterwards we asked how we park and were told parking was not part of the booking. When I send screen shots of the property listing stating it was including parking, they tried to rectify the situation. it took us 6 hours after check in, and we had to park in a building next door, but they got us parking. It seems that the previous tenants took the garage remote. While the communication process could be improved it appears they tried to rectify the situation. Another touch that was not great was the lawn on the terrace was brown like straw and completely overgrown. Grass was to my knees. This should be maintained better. But the inside of the apartment was beautiful, remodeled, very clean and pleasant. It had an iron, hair dryer, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker and more to meet all needs during the stay. I feel this could be a great place to stay if Flatbook can work on their administrative side of renting. They can also fix the AC situation as it was impossible to set it and it was a bit too warm for us. We were able to get a good cross breeze with the windows open however the workers smoke right below us and the smell kept coming up as well as all the city noises since we then couldn't close the windows to sleep or it was too hot.

Bra läge men finns absolut inte pool

Nära gamla stan, några restauranger precis runt hörnet. Smidigt med garaget och nyckel som hämtas vid dörren från kodskåp. Dåligt att lägga upp bilder på en pool för att man ska tro det finns. Ligger ett spa i området, men ingår inte i boendet. Onödigt att ha med bilderna alls, känns som man vill luras så man ska välja detta boende. Lite för knappt utrustat kök (3 teskedar tex känns snålt). Dammigt under säng och tv-bänk. Annars helt ok boende.
