Good, but confusing check in on another address

Clean and nice apartment in central Sopot. A baby crying in another apartment made my hubby not sleep so well. Also, you have to check in on another address quite far from the apartment, that wasn't obvious at all when booking this. If someone else hadn't mentioned this in a review, we would have been lost. Not very friendly staff when we finally found the check in office.

Veldig misvisende bilder. Leiligheten er ikke ved stranden slik som vist på bilder. Ingen balkong. Ingen restaurant eller bar. Ufattelig varmt i rommene og veldig lytt. Rett og slett misvisende bilder og beskrivelse. Besøker ikke dette igjen.

Mycket bra läge, nära till allt men lägenheten hade varit bra om det hade varit städat, väldigt skitiga golv, strumporna vart svart direkt, fläckiga sängkläder och hårda sängar.

Området føltest trygt, da det var innegjerdet med nøkler til portene. Kort avstand til både strand og sentrum. Dårlig avhenting av søppelkasser. Disse var overfylte alle 5 dager vi bodde. Wifi funket ikke, men fikk rask fiksing av dette når vi ga beskjed. Savnet egen feiekost i leiligheten. Det blir en del sand når vi er på stranden etc. Sovesofa var ikke veldig komfortabel. Fint bad med grei størrelse. Kunne også hatt skåler til å spise i - var bare tallerkener. Hadde også vært bra om det hadde vært tilgjengelig vaskefiller, og litt oppvaskmiddel. Blir også varmt å sove, da det ikke er air condition.

Overall is OK

In booking information it was not stated that we should receive and give back keys at the office of the renting-agency. We spent approx.an hour in the traffic-jam to reach the apartment and then we got information that keys are at their office.so I asked to bring keys to the apartment and they did it,we just needed to wait when they will arrive (it took approx.15-20min because of the intensive traffic). Parking place near apartment is huge and safe. Room is cozy, shower is pretty new and very comfortable. Bed was not comfortable and deformed, so was not easy to sleep. Bed linen is comfortable, soft. Neighbours were celebrating sth, so in the evening it was noisy because the sound was coming through the ventilation in the kitchen; and the entrance door is without isolation (has some holes between the door and doorstep), so it was easy to hear what was happening in the corridor and outside the house (during our stay there were few times of some kind of construction works)... Local area is very good, easy to reach main necessary places. Overal review is good!!

Låg centralt . Sköna sängar , bra utrustad kök . Saknade tillgång till sopkvast och golvmopp . Och gillade inte att vi fick betala 300kr xtra för sen incheckning . Flyget var försenat så vi hann tyvärr inte checka in innan 20:00 utan kom 20:20 .

To już kolejny pobyt w Państwa apartamentach. Chętnie wróciliśmy i będziemy wracać! Potencjalnym Klientom polecamy sprawdzić lokalizację - rewelacja (i pod kątem dojścia do plaży, i na Monciak, i do pysznej "Przystani", a nawet na dworzec PKP); wielkość pokoi i ich komfort - rewelacja; szybkość rezerwacji, zameldowania i wymeldowania - procesy bez zarzutu; profesjonalna i serdeczna obsługa, bez wymuszonego uśmiechu i przesadnej nachalności - super!

Решили в новогодние каникулы посетить Сопот. Долго выбирали отель, чтобы налоги и сборы были включены. Выбор пал на Дом энд Хаус, как оказалось это сеть апартаментов, главный офис с ключами от номера находится в минут 15 от места заселения. Еще не понравилось, что при бронировании не видно стоимости дополнительных услуг. Для нас это было 80 польских злотых за уборку номера.

Manglet ern del ting, som leselamper over sengene, nattbord, kaffetrakter, bare filterholderen var der, doruller, fikk bare to, varme på badet, og noe til å tørke over gulvet med. I dobbelt-sengen kunne man kjenne fjærene stikke opp når man satt på den, og den ekstra sengen var veldig hard å ligge på. Burde også vært noe mer enn en liten pute til hver.

Vi leide tre fine leiligheter. Lignet bra på bildene som ligger på nett, men selvfølgelig bærer di preg av å være brukt. Balkong på den ene. Kjøleskap, kokeplater, vannkoker, gryter og div som såg greit ut. Strykejern og strykebrett. Hårføner og håndkletørker. Det var stort sett rent og innbydende. Savnet litt rengjørings utstyr, som kan være greit å ha når en bor over lengre tid. Det var lite støy.

Sopot var fantastiskt. Boendet låg nära stranden. Men lägenheten var verkligen inte bra. 4 lampor var trasiga. I en fanns det inte ens i lampa i. Bäddsoffan var under all kritik. Smutsig och inte alls städad, man sjönk ner i den ordentligt och gick inte att röra sig utan att det hördes till grannen. Lakanen var smutsiga och bestick/köksredskap var också de smutsiga.

Ukryte opłaty - niemiła niespodzianka

Wynajmujący dolicza "opłatę za sprzątanie" (80 zł). Informuje o tym "drobnym drukiem", w jednej z bardzo słabo widocznych zakładek, pomiędzy innymi informacjami. W efekcie "całkowity koszt z podatkami opłatami" koszt podany przez Hotels.com jest nieprawdziwy (trzeba doszukać się dodatkowej kwoty i ją doliczyć). Wprowadza to w błąd wynajmujących i naraża na szwank reputację samej platformy.

Beliggenhet var veldig bra. Hotellet en skuffelse.

Måtte hente nøkkel på et annet sted med taxi. Rommet var skittent med store dotter under senga. Veldig lytt. Spurte etter rene håndkler etter fire dager, men fikk beskjed om at da måtte vi betale for dette.

Bra område, lägenheternas största styrka är området, nära till allt. Kan fräscha upp små saker som typ vatten kokare, kastruller osv och kanske lämna lite mera toalettpapper. Sen i och med de inte är ett hotell med roomservice så skulle de va trevligt med något att borsta av golvet eller dammsuga själv för efter en vecka så blir golvet smutsigt...
