Marks and stains on twin bedroom wall, little table and sofa . No hot water connected to bathroom basin. Bathroom needs deep clean Bathroom door lock doesn’t work Had to buy towels as chalet ones smelt after 1 use Twin bedroom door sticks daughter couldn’t get out No mobile reception wi fi very poor "
