"The room was adequate, clean and comfortable. It is an older room, but the bathroom has been remodeled and adequate, although quite small. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor near the elevator, so it was very easy to get around and to the dining area for breakfast."
Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"A few days of family fun. We like the water slides, the lazy river, and the rooftop pool. We stayed at the Stonehill Lodge beside the convention center. Our room was nice but a long walk from the lobby and parking area. Parking was abundant until there was a convention. During the convention it was so crowded that it took 20 min just to get into the garage."

"The hotel staff was amazing and our suite was huge and comfortable. My family and I will be back very soon. I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel or the comfortable rooms or the perfect location. Only draw back was the lean in the lobby (which honestly didn’t bother me) and the breakfast was a little basic (I was the only person who ate it since they didn’t offer anything my family liked). But I’m not letting those things deter me from staying again."
