It is about a 5 minute drive down the mountain into town, and about 3 minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park! The unit is located right beside Ober Gatlinburg and about 1 mile to Chalet Village Clubhouse .

*There is a wood burning fireplace- you must bring your own wood, which is available at most local grocery stores or gas stations.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
