  • This cozy condo development is nestled comfortably in the hills above Gatlinburg, just off of Ski Mountain Road. It's a development that's never forgotten the magic of the Smokies - Village Stream Condos. You'll enjoy the sounds of and view of the babbling stream as you start and end your day. Guests often enjoy seeing Chipmunks or Raccoons at play. It's a quiet escape, just 1.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and easy to reach! The super cute 2 bedroom condo located at Village Stream Condominiums in Gatlinburg. Perfect for a family getaway or couples getaway! The first bedroom is downstairs and has a king size log bed. The second bedroom is upstairs in the loft area and also has a king size bed plus a large walk in closet and a utility room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a private bathroom upstairs in the loft with a combination tub/shower. The large pool area is great and the pool IS for ALL GUESTS.

Fabulous place to stay!

This place was an amazing place to stay whether you are a couple or a small family. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Our kids loved the large TVs and we also loved the open concepts of the upstairs rooms. This location is definitely going onto our favorites list.

The condo was a great place to stay that was up in the mountains but close to town. Everything at the condo was clean and neat and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with whenever I had questions prior to our check in. We would stay here again because everything great.

The perfect getaway place!

Becky was phenomenal and the place was absolutely beautiful!! Plenty of room for a family of 4 - all amenities we could possibly need were there. She checked in on us to make sure nothing else was needed and was so helpful and willing to make our stay the best possible. We even extended our trip to stay a little longer because we loved the place so much! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to the mountains!

The condo complex itself is older, but the condo has been fully redecorated and is beautiful and comfortable. We love the stream just below the balcony. The condo is close to town, but feels secluded.

The room was very clean and the Host had thought of literally everything. She had a highchair and baby bed, games, everything for cooking, baby gate, etc. If you forgot something she most likely has it there. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, less than 10 minute drive. Fantastic stay! Better than we thought

Don’t just a book by its cover is true for this place. The outside seemed iffy but once we came inside it was way better than expected and the price was right. My husband and I loved staying in the loft and the place was comfortable, having everything we could need. The manager was easy to communicate with as well. Just so that others know, the location is up ski mountain. A mile away from the top. So as long as you don’t mind driving the winding roads, it was a great location and minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and husband and 3 kids . Stayed at this home . Looks just like photos shown ! It’s 3-4 mins away from Gatlinburg downtown but with busy traffic it took us about 15-17 mins . Also this home is a little high in mountains not too high but at night it can be a little difficult due to no side rails on road in mountains . It’s close to a pizza restaurant which wasn’t too bad. But home is spacious just as described and host responds quickly ! She has games for kids and things for your small pet .

Relaxing retreat!

Becky was a fabulous host! I had lots of requests because of allergies and sensitivities to chemicals and Becky did all in her power to make my stay scent free and comfortable. We had a great time, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice place to eat breakfast or a snack and listen to the rustling creek below. Ample space for the 6 of us.The laundry room upstairs was icing on the cake to have available. Thank you so much for making our mini vacation a success. We finally saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs the last night of our stay...what an absolute treat! We highly recommend this host and this rental unit.
