Comme une maison de campagne

Une grande maison récente, propre et surtout au calme! A deux pas du lac et du marché une fois par semaine. C'est comme une maison de campagne, il y a des jeux, un abris de jardin plein de truc, ... On ne resterait pas ici toute l'année mais pour les vacances c'est bien. Un seul reproche (mais on la savait), c'est un peu loin de la mer (environ 25-30 min) et des commerces.

Vacances en bord de lac

Très belle maison en bois idéalement située en bord de lac, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Terrasse, grand jardin avec un accès direct vers le lac. Très pratique pour rejoindre la plage et la forêt toute proche, à pied ou en vélo. L'environnement est très calme, propice au ressourcement. Le propriétaire est charmant et nous a fait très bon accueil. À noter (point n'ayant rien à voir avec la maison): le bourg dans lequel est situe la propriété ne comporte qu'une supérette. Les commerces les plus proches (boulangerie, supermarché etc) pour des courses plus élaborées sont à 7km. Véhicule indispensable.

Séjour en famille au bord du lac

Séjour très agréable, dans cette jolie maison en bord de lac. La fête du village ayant eu lieu trois soirs d’affilé juste derrière la maison a rendu notre sommeil très compliqué mais sans cela tout était parfait. Hôte sympathique avec barbecue et vélo à disposition, un vrai bon moment en famille qui fait du bien!

Des vacances super agréables

Maison très propre et confortable. Tout l'équipement pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un grand jardin pour que les enfants se défoulent, et un intérieur très chaleureux. Wonderful stay in an exceptional location

Lovely property, and gardens with everything needed for an enjoyable family holiday. The location being just a short walk to the lake worked really well for us as did the layout of the rooms and large living area. It was exceptionally hot during our stay but we were always able to find some shade either on the deck or in the front or back gardens.

Ein sehr schöner privater Rückzugsort

Ein voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus auf gepflegtem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Das Grundstück ist von außen wenig einsehbar und bietet Platz zum Sonnen, aber auch für Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis etc. Ideal auch für Kinder mit Bewegungsdrang. Gastes ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Atlantikküste, Bordeaux und Aquitanien zu entdecken. Ein PKW sollte zur Verfügung stehen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort war großartig. Unaufdringlich hilfsbereit. Wir danken sehr herzlich.

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir la région

C’était notre premier séjour en Gironde, la maison est idéalement située permettant de découvrir le bassin d’Arcachon, proche le La Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, Cap Breton. Et surtout proche des plages de Biscarosse et Milizan. La maison est située a qq pas du lac de Biscarosse avec un beau jardin et terrasse. Un accueil très chaleureux lors de notre arrivée bref un endroit que je vous conseille vivement.

Belle maison ouverte sur l'exterieur

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette belle maison ouverte sur l'exterieur et très lumineuse, avec une grande pièce conviviale. Les literies sont confortables, la cuisine très bien équipée et le terrain entretenu, elle est située dans un ensemble de maison de qualité et style similaire. Commerces de proxi, restos et lac se font à pieds. Le hangar municipal proche ramène quelques bruits le matin, que le double vitrage de la baie vitrée isole si besoin de faire une grasse matinée. Merci à Nikki pour son accueil chaleureux, sa flexibilité et la propreté du logement. Merci à Jean-Marc pour nous avoir permis d'utiliser l'ensemble de votre résidence. Bonne saison et pê à bientôt. Vielen Dank für die 2 erholsamen Wochen , denn wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen .

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mit Zugang zu See ( etwa 2 Minuten Laufzeit ). Das Haus ist wie schon beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet . Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem worüber sich mein Rücken sehr freute -).Um den Atlantik und seinen schönen Strand zu genießen fuhren wir hauptsächlich nach Mimizan Plage .( Fahrzeit circa 25 Minuten) . Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter der geschwind aus Bordeaux vorbeischaute um uns den Schlüssel in die Hand zu drücken war tadellos. Wir , meine Frau und ich verbrachten 2 wunderschöne und ruhige Wochen ...

On a passé des très bonnes vacances. Le petit chemin qui donne direct sur le lac est génial. On peut pas donner 5 étoiles à cause du dépôt d'engins de la mairie à côté, ou ils démarrent leurs machine très tôt. Mais on reviendrait quand même !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Gastes . maison à 200 m de la plage du Lac . pistes cyclables qui déservent la région devant la maison . Maison très agréable avec tout le confort à dispo . jeux extérieurs : table de ping pong ; panier de basket ; petite cages de foot ; propriétaires très sympas , à l'écoute et dispos si besoin .
