In a pleasant secure estate, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, this air-conditioned Californian-style chalet can accommodate 6 people. This residence, located 2 km from the beaches and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, is nestled in the midst of a pine park. Enjoy a relaxing holiday!
The approximately 60 square meters chalet is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and a well-kept Mediterranean garden. It is equipped with outdoor furniture, a dining area, and sun loungers. You will discover a beautiful view from the terrace between the sea and the pine trees. The holiday-inspired decoration is tastefully done.
Inside, the spacious living room and the separate equipped kitchen open onto the terrace. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and a 160 bed. The second bedroom has a 140 bed, and the third is equipped with bunk beds. Separate toilet and bathroom.
For your comfort: air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, top fridge, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Parking space.
To be paid on-site: Security deposit: 2000 euros, tourist tax. Possibility to rent bed linen: 20 euros for a double bed and 8 euros for the towel kit. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: 90 euros.
