"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "The location of the hotel is very convenient for business in Adlershof. The room is spacious and clean, some rooms are facing on the ground floor directly a street with a lot of traffic. Very noisy!! "
