LA ROMAGUERA

Les Olives. The house La Romaguera with a private pool for 8 people is located in Les Olives, 18 km from L'Escala. A haven of peace and tranquility, this chalet is situated in the heart of the countryside on the outskirts of the small village of Les Olives. It consists of a living room/dining room, 4 double bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single beds), 2 bathrooms with bathtub, WC and sink. American kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/cutlery and kitchen utensils. Wifi, air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV, iron, terrace with terrace furniture and garage. Large garden with private pool.

The chalet is ideal for families and groups up to 8 people.

The accommodation is fully equipped and very comfortable. Beach distance 9 km. Supermarket 5 km away.

The sheets are included in the rental price. If you want, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a price of 5€ per person.

Location was beautiful and quiet and the views were lovely. The pool was a great size and was just the right temperature to cool down from the sun. There are some lovely places to walk just by the villa. The owners were nice and friendly. Air conditioning for each bedroom but fans were supplied. The temperature was very hot for September. The air conditiong in the frontroom and hallway was good.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé d’agréable vacances, la villa se situe sur un terrain d’au moins 4000m2 complètement fermé, sans voisin, le calme absolue et une vue superbe sur le couché de soleil tous les soir. La maison est ultra équipé de vaisselle, linge, ventilateur, jouet de piscine etc… l’électro-ménager est un peu vieillissant mais fonctionne bien. Contact avec l’agence et les propriétaires rapide et amicale. Si vous chercher avant tout de la tranquillité, cette maison est faite pour vous! Je recommande!

Excellent endroit

Toujours l' extrême gentillesse des propriétaires, l'abondante vaisselle, et cette année, nouveau mobilier de jardin ( neuf) ainsi que de nouveaux transats. Très calme, pas de pollution visuelle ni sonore. Pas trop loin des plages et de l'agitation balnéaire, parfait pour nous. Nous espérons vivement pouvoir y retourner A noter l'excellente compétence de l'agence, en particulier Luisa et Esperanza. Peut-être mettre un lit de 160cm dans la chambre du fond

Belle propriété en campagne

Maison très bien agencée.propre et située au calme . Le terrain est magnifique avec sa piscine entourée d'une belle végétation,nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

l'extrême gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires L'emplacement, le calme, le grand terrain, la vue depuis la colline la quantité impressionnante de vaisselle, de linge de maison, les 3 barbecues, les jeux au sous-sol les plages sont à 20/30mn en voiture la literie dans la grande chambre du fond, les matelas sont un peu fatigués pour 8 personnes, il n'y a que 3 transats, en rajouter 2 ou 3 serait bienvenu

Maison au milieu de la campagne sans voisins l’idéal pour être au calme Très bien équipée, agréable et propre. Petite précision : il y a 2 salles de bains et pas 3 comme indiqué dans le descriptif général et les propriétaires passent tous les 2/3 jours pour arroser leur jardin ce qui peut surprendre quand on ne s’y attend pas !!!
