"Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

"The property is too good. I want to extend my thanks to Hemant sir/ staff for such a wonderful and smooth stay. Food is also really good. "Amazing. The resort is very well designed with open spaces outside the cottages. I will strongly recommend Ground floor cottages facing the lawns. Food was good and overall service was prompt. Resort attracts animals from the jungle, standing right next to Dhela portion of Cobett. During our stay, some deers came one night though we didnt see them."
