I had all the facilities to make tea and coffee in the room but no kettle , this was mentioned to reception but they couldn’t find a spare so every time you wanted a drink it required getting dressed and going to the free tea and coffee station at reception "

"I thought the room was actually nicer than the pictures would suggest. Had a late check in and and early check out, staff were prompt and efficient. Room was warm and clean. The shuttle bus (£6) from area 41 at the airport dropping you off at the door of hotel is a major plus."
