"The staff were nice but no tv that worked or phone and no smoke detector. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Elevator wasn’t working the first day and the second day they duct taped it. So not wanting to use it but I just had surgery and I still took stairs"

"Rooms were very clean and all the amenities were well kept. The staff seemed very annoyed when we sat for the buffet as there were no indications where to go to have them seat you and it looked like everyone was just seating themselves, some workers were talking "smack" in Spanish about me and my husband when we did get a seat. Hotel staff was very nice but some restaurant staff were rude and seemed impatient"

"Overall I rarely it a 5/10 Not the best not the worst. Considering it’s Odessa it was good tho. A/C doesn’t blow cold air all the time tho. The bathroom had no lock to it and u could see thru a gap between the door and wall. (Felt like using a public Walmart restroom. They took a deposit fee without informing me. Also pool water was not clean, there was leaves and dirt in some areas floating around, pool water was also not warm like other stays I’ve experienced. Other than that it was, OK. Nothing special and definitely not worth the 400$ It felt like staying at a quality in rather than a Marriott."
