"Listing states 2 pools with the one on the upper deck perfect for little kids. When we arrived it was green. We contacted the number that was involved with check in and they said they put a ticket in to the local staff to address. The next day a guy showed up for the normal cleaning of the downstairs pool and wasn’t told of the one upstairs but he did take a look and said the owner knows about the pump not working for the upstairs pool for over a week now. We replied to the contact but wasn’t able to get owners info from them. Extremely disappointed that it’s not on the listing anywhere or even a reach out to us after booking to let us know of that issue. The bigger pool must have a leak in the plumbing somewhere because every morning it was extremely low, you had to turn the hose on to fill it. The next issue was internet not working, so the tvs didn’t work, only about half worked the next day. "

"The perfect size and location for a few days away for some Fun n the Sun before school starts back. Convenient to The Worlds Best Ever hotdogs (TRUE). The pool was perfect big and clean. Music from the Garden City Pier kept all of Us Entertained and in an upbeat atmosphere. The Condo was just Absolutely Amazing. Very clean and perfectly stocked with Your essentials. I’m glad I’m not computer smart bc we didn’t need a TV taking away from Family Time. The Other guests and owners on site were friendly and pleasant (nothing out of the way with disorderly conduct). My grandkids enjoyed the music and the pier sitting on the balcony-hearing them sing some of the songs was entertaining most definitely. Mainly, just Perfect-For what I was looking for with my Grandkids. "
