Waterfront 5 bedroom house on Hotel Lake, Garden Bay B.C.

  • Summer, private beach holiday. Swimming, 4 kayaks, 2 canoes, 1 paddleboard, water toys and rowboat.
    20 minutes to Madeira Park: groceries, credit union, pharmacy, liquor store, coffee shop, Mexican and Japanese restaurant, pub, government dock with boat launch. 5 minutes to John Henry Marina and liquor store.
    It is a large, quiet, peaceful, private lot, surrounded on 3 sides by forest, 4th side is the lake.
    Bedroom on main floor is ensuite. 4 bedrooms upstairs each have their own sink. 1 of them also has a toilet. Upstairs bathroom has 2 sinks and separate toilet room and toilet/shower rooms.
