Wonderful hotel

Amazing hotel with great location, friendly staff, beautiful decor and a very good breakfast. We have stayed in lots of hotels and B&Bs and this was one of the best. We'll definitely be back.

Small hotel in a very good location

Nice small hotel close to the lake and short walk from the bus station, the ideal place to explore surrounding Lake Garda without a car. For our stay the air conditioning was broken, and it was not proactively mentioned at check-in. Luckily it was not a hot week, but we still had to deal with some noise due to keeping the window open. Room was small but cozy, there could be more room for luggage. Everything was clean and in good condition in the room. Special plus for the fact that this hotel is part of a tourism association which organises free excursions on most days.

Nice, but not great

The accommodation was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately a couple of things let’s this hotel down. If your larger than normal, you will seriously struggle with the size of the shower, it was about 600mm square. Not easy showering. The rooms are “compact”, and this impacts the noise coming from other guests next door. If you can get over this, the hotel is central and the parking is 5 minutes walk, but it is in a public car park.

Superhotel ved Gardasøen.

Nem at finde lige midt i centrum. Gratis parkering 700 meter fra hotellet. Fantastisk service hele vejen igennem. Terrasse med udsigt til Gardasøen. Fantastisk god morgenmad samt rigtig gode senge. Kan varmt anbefales.

Total liebe MitarbeiterInnen, toller Service, Kundenorientiertheit. Die menschliche Seite war großartig. Sensationelle Lage. Nur 3 Fußminuten von der zentalen Bushaltestelle entfernt (Flixbus). Mitten in der Altstadt am See, direkt am Rathausplatz gelegen. Besser geht es nicht. Ein sauberes, modernes 3-Sterne Haus. Funktional, die Zimmer ohne Schnick-Schnack (einfachste Kategorie). Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See und den Rathausplatz. Für mich ist das Haus fortan die allererste Wahl in Garda.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich. Schon vor der Anreise nahm man Kontakt mit mir auf. Das Hotel liegt fast an der Uferpromenade, wo sich viele Speiselokale befinden, es liegt äußerst zentral. Dennoch liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig. Ich bin mit dem Bus angereist. Der Busbahnhof liegt gut erreichbar vom Hotel in kurzer Distanz. Ich habe mich in dem Hotel wohl gefühlt.

Personale disponibile e cordiale. Hanno avuto la super disponibilità per aiutarci negli orari d’arrivo che non sono stati semplici ed hanno risolto tutto con estrema gentilezza. La posizione è ottima e la colazione a buffet eccellente. Il parcheggio un po’ scomodo ma come è normale in una località turistica come Garda. Consigliatissimo

Perfekt til at genopleve Garda by 49 år efter gørste sædon som rejseleder i samme by. Garda er stadig densamme og den har evnet at følge med i udviklingen uden at byen har mistet din charme
