Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

Fairmont Hotel experience has always been fantastic including this one. It was a little surprising to see that the shower head was old and rusty, and was not spraying properly. It’s not a big deal but a minor detail.

Room is very clean and quiet, though on the smaller side. Staff can speak English. Breakfast buffet is pretty nice with western and asian dishes. Super conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. Jogyesa temple is a must visit only 4 minutes walk away.
