The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad. The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys.

I will rate our stay with 7/10. The room was clean but what we didn't like with our stay was the "futton bed" that was given to us. It was too thin that it's almost just as thick as a comforter. We were expecting like a thick foam. The breakfast buffet was ok but we were expecting more since it's Ashley's. It says, American breakfast so we were expecting to have bacon but none. Another thing, it was our first time to experience in a resort style hotel here in Korea where the guests are in charge to throw their garbage outside the hotel.
This was our set up for the futtons that were provided for us. This is already 2-3 futtons stacked.

Building and facilities are old but the surrounding area with valley, swimming pool, playground, mini libraries, barbecue, animal farm etc are extremely enjoyable for kids. Didnt like the room but loved the outdoors

이름은 켄싱턴이지만 노후된 모텔같아요...
생각보다 많이 노후되서 심각했어요. 창문이 안닫히는 방을 주고~ 싱크대쪽은 다 바스라지고~ 심지어 전등도 떨어지기직전의 불량에 냉장고도 작동안했어요. 벽지도 다 떨어져서 너덜너덜;;; 이름만 켄싱턴이지 모텔같은 느낌이었습니다. 가족끼리 단풍보려고 간건데 가격대에비해 질이 많이 떨어지더군요...산책로도 관리안해서 경악스러웠습니다.

건물 시설이 너무 오래되어서 덥고, 청결하지 않습니다. 에어컨은 넓이에 비해 작고, 실외기 소음이 너무 크게 방 안에서 들려 잠을 자기 어려웠습니다. 엘리베이터가 좁고, 더운데다가 개수가 적어서 오래걸립니다. 분리수거도 직접 해야하는게 불편합니다.

들어가자마자 티비밑에 통조림뚜껑이 있어서 놀람 옛날건물이라 청결도가 떨어지느것은 이해하지만 직원실수로 시끄러운 방을 배정받음

생각보다 노후되고 객실에서 냄새가 나서 환기부터 시켜야 했네요. 또 단체 손님들과의 객실 거리를 분리하면 좋을 듯 하네요. 밤새 술먹고 소리치고.. 잠들기가 쉽지 않았어요.

켄싱턴리조트 가평 이용후기
건물이 오래된걸 감안하고 시설 노후에 대해서는 별 할얘기는 없습니다.. 에슐리퀸즈에서 제공되는 조식도 나름 훌룡합니다. 수영장 운영도 괜찮았습니다.. 다만 지하주차장은 시설 개선이 시급해 보입니다. 또한 각방마다있는 스텐드형 에어컨 송풍구 내부가 먼지가 많이 쌓여있고 어떤건 곰팡이도 피여 있습니다. 잘보이지 않는곳인데 에어컨 청소도 시급히 이루어져야 할것같습니다..

수영장은 청결하고 너무나 아이들 놀기에 안전했고 바베큐고기가 너무 좋은고기로 제공해주었어요~ 하지만 아쉽게도 방이좀 청결하지않았고 성수기라서 그런지 서비스가 발빠르지 못했어요 . 이런좋은 경치에 방을 리뉴얼해서 오픈한다면 더 좋았을걸 ... 했습니다 . 결국 이곳은 경치와 야외수영장 때문에 가는곳입니다~

직원들이 너무 친절하고 상냥하고 안내를 잘해주셔서 좋았습니다. 코코몽룸은 생각보다 작고, 방에 에어컨이 없어서 조금 난처했구요~ 욕실에 준비된 키즈용품(유아용 변기커버, 목욕의자등)은 낡고 지저분해서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 블럭쿠션과 트램펄린은 잘 이용했고 준비해주신 침구는 너무 낡아있었습니다. 조식 외 이용할 수 있는 식당이 없었고, 근처에 식당이 거의 없지만 편의점이 크고 물건이 많았고, 배달어플로 주문했더니 배달비가 만원 전후였고 맛은.. 다음에 또 갈 의향은 있지만 그땐 먹을껄 준비해가거나 식사에 대한 다른 방법을 찾아야할것같아요. 그리고 수영장은 투숙객임에도 별도 요금을 지불해야합니다. 맙소사.
