What I liked:
The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?).
Room for improvement:
the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar.
Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!).

This is a lovely central hotel in a quiet road. Only 5 minutes from the beautiful Tivoli Gardens.
The reception staff were all lovely, helpful and polite. Perfect English too !
Breakfast was scrumptious.
Our penthouse room was lovely with a balcony. Only small downside was the bathroom was tiny and the bedside tables were tiny too which meant it was hard to have your things near to you but these are very very minor issues. I loved my stay of three nights and would happily return…. Thank you
