"Staff were lovely, receptionist was fabulous to deal with.. hotel itself felt dated, 5/6 staff always standing at entry to the bar felt awkward and intimidating when you arrive. Paid for upgraded room for birthday treat but it most definitely didn’t seem like an upgrade"

"Front desk girl was the most pleasent girl we had met up to this point of our trip. She was very informative! Room was clean and quiet. It was right next to the train and bus station- so very convient. Self serve laundry is about a 10 minute walk. Great location."
