"Shower had hair on floor and shower floor was black mind you the floor supposed to look white...Staff-I ask for a wash cloth from the cleaning service lady and she replied with go to the front ..why if your right here. No blankets on the bed...had to go back to the lobby for that and he proceeded ..."
