Welcome to Twin Palms Paradise! Only 3 blocks from the beach, this 1906 bungalow has been fully remodeled to provide modern comforts, while historical accents are highlighted throughout the home. This home boasts 2 primary suites and 2 full bathrooms, a dining room, living room (with queen sofa bed), kitchen, and a work space. Sit on the front porch in the morning sipping coffee while hearing the palm trees rustle in the Gulf breeze, or enjoy the backyard space which has two seating areas and room for outdoor games.

The historic home is two story and is also elevated, so you must be able to climb stairs.

The home includes: Original hardwood floors on the first floor and carpeted stairs and second floor. We provide complimentary high speed fiber Wi-Fi, as well as flat screen smart TV's in the living room and in the first floor primary bedroom. The Roku televisions allow you to login for the length of your stay so you can use your own streaming services.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, oven/gas range, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, French press, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, and more. A washer and dryer are provided for your use, free of charge.

The first floor primary bedroom features a king-sized memory foam mattress along with a large walk-in closet to hang your clothes, or feel free to use the dresser. There is also a private ensuite full bathroom in the primary bedroom.

Enjoy the open living space by relaxing on the couch, watching your favorite movie on our flat screen smart tv or enjoy one of the board games that is provided. There are also three outdoor seating areas you can enjoy: front porch, back porch, and back patio. The backyard is fenced in.

The second floor of the home is a loft style space which includes a queen size memory foam mattress, a dedicated work-space desk, and a full size bathroom with a skylight. The open concept continues from the bedroom to the bathroom with a privacy wall in between, as there are no doors upstairs. There is a curtain that can be used for more complete privacy to the restroom. Please note due to the loft style of the space, some areas have a lower ceiling space than others. A person of average height will fit comfortably.

The dining room provides a full size dining table and a coffee bar. At the coffee bar we stock a variety of coffees, teas, sweeteners, and creamers, as well as hot chocolate.

We provide beach towels, sand toys, folding beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon to haul it all in.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay.

The hardwood floors are historic, just like the home. This means parts of the floors have cosmetic imperfections. Please help us preserve the floors by not wearing dirty/sandy shoes in the house. There is a hose by the front gate as well as in the backyard that can be used to rinse your feet or shoes before entering the home.

*Please note the outside of the home has several security cameras in place, specifically: facing the driveway, front porch, and front gate. There are NO cameras inside of the home. We respect your privacy, and the cameras are for security purposes.

Access is not included to the garage and two locked storage closets.
