"Overall it was a nice find on the beach. A couple of changes: living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning upstairs struggled to cool. Everything else was great. "

"The singature property or VIP is nice but to use anything you have to cross the main road, not even a crosswalk to get to them, there is also no BBQ near the signature building and the path to the beach is a maze not from the pool area. The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience."

"This was a great house! My folks, husband, stepson, and son were able to visit and get to know each other without stepping all over each other’s space. The house had everything we needed and the host was responsive and kind. It was close to the beach and a marina with a bar and restaurant. Beds were comfy and clean. "

"The house overall could use some updates and basic repairs, paint alone would go a long way. Due to the amount of guest it can accommodate and location its value for the money is reasonable. We did really enjoy the stock tank pool for our littles. "

"This Galveston Beach House was an excellent retreat for our family of 7. There was a lot of space where we could spread out, but also come together to watch a movie or play games at the large table. We were truly steps from the beach, which allowed us to take many walks along the water, swim in the waves, set up a net for afternoon sand volleyball games, and collect interesting shells throughout our stay. We were 20 minutes or less to attractions and shopping which was very convenient. We had an issue with the dishwasher during our stay, and the host promptly had a maintenance team out for inspection, and then replacement which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this house for families of any size, and would stay here again in the future!"
