Wow!! What a great stay and what a beautiful house! Everything was perfect. Not only were the hosts incredibly communicative but also so accommodating with early/late check-out. The house was just as stunning as the pictures and the beds were so comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better or more joyful place to celebrate the upcoming marriage of one of my friends.
The house was perfect and very comfortable! Staying in this historic Galveston home was a great experience. The location is excellent and the owners were very helpful!

We loved staying in this grand olde home. We were here to tour a little bit of Galveston before our cruise. It’s a perfect location and the host were lovely. We accidentally messed up the front door lock and they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful house but feels cozy! Played lots of games around the table and watched college football in the family room. Was close to The Strand for food and beverages. Just an awesome stay!
Our second stay at The Belle was just what we needed for our annual birthdays and Christmas gathering! This historic home is beautiful and comfortable. The owners provide detailed notes about the property along with thorough check-in/check-out guidance, and are quickly responsive with any questions that may arise. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. And the front porch is wonderful for morning coffee!
This home is exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 to gather comfortably and enjoy our time together. We loved the convenient location and could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay.
House was well appointed. Lots of room for friends to gather both indoors and outdoors. Had 8 people there and it did not feel crowded. Would book again!

Group of long time friends gathered for some Christmas cheer and birthday celebrations. Ate lots of good food and did a little shopping. The house was perfectly located to walk to some great streets and restaurants. Solid, comfortable historic home.
Three generations of our 8 person family stayed very comfortably. Love the the converted attic into bedroom where the older kids felt like they were in their own apartment. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to make our meals. Great location close to the strand and cruise port. The house is beautiful, rich with history yet has all the modern necessities for comfort and convenience.
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was so perfect. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped with all the little things one could need. Highly recommend, especially if you are interested in staying in a home with rich history. We loved our stay, thanks Chris and Rachel!
This is our fourth year in a row to stay at homes owned by these hosts. They are awesome! We always bring our kids and grandkids, and it’s so fun to all stay under one roof. The house is always clean, beautifully furnished, and is an easy walk to the beach, or a very short drive. Can’t wait for next year!
