● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive from the Terramar Beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

A bathroom is conveniently located on each floor. After a day of building sandcastles or soaking up the sun, rinse off the beach sand in the refreshing outdoor shower located downstairs. Very satisfied with the overall experience or stay.I absolutely loved the decor, that’s one of the main reasons I chose it, & very cozy, it was nice to have a well stocked kitchen with cookware & utensils if needed.Definitely recommend, and would love to rent again in the future.
