About this property

Studio apartment. Pet friendly. One block from UTMB. Long term booking available

  • Remodeled Studio apartment on the backyard of my house with a cozy yard in front of the apartment. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The parking is on the street in front of the house. The Studio is fully furnished. There is a kitchen area with the kitchen amenities, a king size bed, sitting sofa , bathroom with shower. It’s a great choice either for long /short terms vacation and students /workers who planning to work at the University of Texas Medical Branch, which is one block out. 8 minutes out walking from downtown and Opera House. 4-5 minutes away driving from the beach. I’m a pet friendly. Very friendly and kind host.
