*NEW Listing with NEW owners* Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 3rd floor unit offers beach AND pool views from your private balcony. Since it's on the top floor AND a corner unit, you will have no noise from condos above you or to the right of you! With queen bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom includes a recessed wall TV, platform bed with memory foam bedding, built-in end tables, ship lap wall, and plantation blinds. Soak up the sights and sounds from your balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable and wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys provided and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.

THINGS TO KNOW

• There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer. Detergent is not provided.
• Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on the third floor. Complex has elevators.
• The quote you receive from VRBO is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
• Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

Perfect Weekend

Quick getaway with the family. This condo was super clean, well set up, great view of the gulf and pool, and beds were comfortable! It was far enough away from the busyness of the public beach but not too far from all the activities. Hope to return soon!

Cutest beach house - easy access to the beach!

We came for a weekend getaway to kick off the summer! Such a beautiful property - clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Easy access to and from the beach — really convenient for families with little ones.. and close proximity to restaurants. We’ll definitely be back for future stays!

Beautiful Beach Condo!

This condo is so nice! The moment we walked in we could smell the cleanliness and everything was modern and well designed. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves roll in! The pools were clear and beautiful! We decided to call our host and add a couple of more days since it was so peaceful. We will definitely be staying again

Best place in Galveston

I have stayed in this building now 3 times with my 3 kids, one of whom has special needs. I appreciate not having to cross the street with my kid or worrying that he will leave and try to cross the highway on his own. Of the three condos I have stayed in, this one had the best view. Communication was swift and courteous. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect place for a getaway! Loved the location and condo!

How about this Great location to be able to celebrate Mardi Gras on the island and spend a little time on the beach. It's very comfy for 2 couples. The adult hot tub was perfect after a day of walking and standing. Close to all the Mardi Gras festivities, and we were able to catch an inexpensive Uber so we did not have to worry about finding a parking spot. Host was amazing! Will definitely be back! Loved this little slice of heaven!

Something for everyone

Love the interior with its beachy decor, stocked with everything needed and updated so tastefully. Beds were super comfy, even the queen pull out. Relaxed in the adult only hot tub while the kids played in the heated pool. Took some walks on the beach and went on a few touristy island excursions. Love the locations. So close to the restaurants and shopping. Especially loved being right on the beach and not having to cross a busy street. Will definitely be back.

Our Romantic weekend

Perfect location with all the amenities we would have ever needed in the condo, i.e. fully stocked kitchen. Lots of games to play and the bed was very comfortable. Many wonderful dining options within close proximity. We braved the cold and used the adult only hot tub (nice to not have kids around). We also went down to the beach (again, it was cold) and had a nice morning walk. The complex is right on the beach and the views are amazing, beautiful sunset from the balcony. We would definitely book here again! Thank you for the perfect weekend!

Great family trip

First, the location of this condo is perfect! Directly on the beach, so you dont have to cross the street to get to the beach. It was almost like having a private beach since only this complex has direct access to this beach area. The amenities were awesome! The pool and hot tubs were heated to the perfect temp so we were able to enjoy them all. The property is well maintained and secure. The beds and seating inside the condo seemed newer and were very comfortable. Everything and anything you could need for cooking was available, even tools to use at the outdoor bbq pits. The games that were available made for great family time in the evenings. Condo was clean and neat! We will be staying here again for sure!

Sweet Steal on the Beach

Balcony view of the beach. Can walk to the beach in 1 minute. Literally on the beach. Amazing warm pools and hot tubs. Very clean entire community. Third floor, but has an elevator optional. One light bulb was out and AC was not set low, but easy to fix in less than an hour. 24-hour security was very friendly. The access code was only emailed to me and not messaged in vrbo which made it difficult to find if my email wasn’t organized. Tons of dishware. Great beds. Very happy. Would definitely book exact same one again.

Great Experience!

The property was just as described and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen, in particular, had all the amenities that one would need while away from home. The owner was very responsive to emails throughout the stay and worked to ensure we had the best possible experience. The only drawback, which we knew ahead of time, is that there was not access to a washer and dryer inside the condo. We did not try the onsite shared washers. It is also important to note that they have an abundance of chairs, toys and umbrellas to use on the beach. However, the storage closet where these are located is a shared space between many units, so you should not leave anything personal in there. It will likely walk away during your trip. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
