Oceanfront Condo: “Seagull Splendor” at Seascape!

You can’t get any closer to the beach than in this beautifully remodeled beachfront condo. From the moment you walk in, all your cares will wash away and you will be overcome with the feeling of tranquility. Being right on the beach with no road to cross is a huge plus and a big part of what makes this condo so special. The unobstructed views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom are absolutely stunning! No expense has been spared to make this a memorable and relaxing stay for you. Sip your morning coffee in the Adirondak chairs on the beautifully tiled balcony while watching seagulls, pelicans, and the occasional dolphin. The ultimate way to start your day.

You will enjoy the tasteful furnishings and decor as well as the fully stocked kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, bake and prepare whatever your heart desires (coffee maker, toaster oven, Ninja blender, etc.). Enjoy the luxury vinyl plank flooring (and no carpet). To add to your vacation experience, there are 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, children’s beach toys, a boogie board, and a cart to carry it all to the beach. That is in addition to three flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi access, and games for your indoor entertainment as well. Additionally, be sure and take advantage of our high-powered binoculars for watching the sea life and passing ships. Of course, linens and towels are provided for you, and if you forget your beach towel, no problem; we’ve got you covered.

Seascape Condos: Seagull Splendor, Unit 1109

Seascape is just west of the seawall and right on the beach. Just a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Pleasure Pier.

Guests will enjoy access to the entire condo and all of the Seascape amenities.

We loved the ocean view- so relaxing to be able ton watch from the patio or from inside. Direct beach access was wonderful, allowed me to go out on the beach to watch the sunrise while other family members slept. The place was spotless. The beds were sooo comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and more (beach chairs, cart, games, binoculars, plenty of TP, kitchen stocked, paper towels, dish tabs etc. Luggage carts and elevator made luggage transport very easy. Hosts are amazing-very kind and quick to respond to several questions. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

Very clean, thoughtful details

Owners did wonderful job with rental to meet all needs for a beach front condo. The detailed guest book was very helpful too. Extremely clean and well organized. The pool area was very nice. Definitely need a car for restaurants, shopping and activities but could enjoy a nice relaxing vacation at the condo, beach and pool as well.

We loved everything about this modern, well kept condo. We felt right at home and the direct beach access was perfect for our stay. Will continue to return. Our new favorite Galveston rental.

Perfect location to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed, and was very cozy! Our 2 year old loved the bunk beds. This is the best location in my opinion! The beach is right out your window, no need to cross the Seawall. We will be staying here for future trips!

A splendid Time

The property was very clean and accommodating! I love the amenities in the surrounding area! Seawall Blvd is a great entertainment area and has everything you need. Just a great area to enjoy family and feel safe.

Jan weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was so clean and comfortable! Amenities provided were top notch and it’s evident the hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome! The heated pool and hot tub were amazing to have in the cool weather, and beach access was so easy! We are looking forward to another visit to Seagull Splendor, and would highly recommended it to others!!

Truly fantastic! Definitely stay here. Clean well decorated condo with wow - what a view! Right on the ocean, hear the waves, see the waves right from your balcony. Everything we needed for an extraordinary vacay!

Excellent beachfront condo really nice pool

The kids enjoyed playing in the ocean and when the weather didn't work out for us the heated pool and hot tubs where really nice. The Condo was nice a quiet and had everything we need. It was very clean and everything worked well. Thank you for the excellent trip. Galveston is amazing.

The location was wonderful, with easy access to the beach and wonderful views. Everything was neat and clean. The decor was welcoming and comfortable. They even provided us with some necessities and snacks.

Much needed getaway

Beautiful views!

We loved being able to watch our kids play on the beach right from the balcony! The heated pool and multiple hot tubs were a family favorite. The space was so comfortable we even stayed in as a family and had a popcorn and movie night on the couch with the doors open listening to the sounds of the ocean. So many memories created here, we will definitely be back!

Awesome Place!

Girls Trip Weekend

Don’t miss staying here! Book now. We had the most amazing weekend stay. The condo was perfect. The location cannot be beat. Even with the rain and cold weather this was by far my favorite beach trip. From watching the sunrise while having coffee on the balcony to sunset walks on the beach, we had a blast. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with…even let me know I left an item behind and made sure it was mailed to us. We will definitely be back many more times in the future!

This unit is gorgeous. It is truly like visiting someone's home. Everything from the kitchenware to the living room furniture and the bedroom furniture is like a showroom. And the beds are so comfortable! Definite 10 out of 10. Can't wait to stay again!

I loved EVERYTHING about the condo from the layout, the location on the beach, to the welcome basket, beach chairs, etc. I highly recommend staying here. No crossing a busy road to the beach! This condo has location, location, location right on the beach. The views are beautiful.

The place was directly on the beach beautiful view. The tall Adirondack chairs outside were very comfortable. The place overall was Very clean . The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. The way the frame of the bed sticks out three of us ended up with pretty good size bruises. I would definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful and Perfect!

Love, love love this place!! Hosts kept the place in beautiful condition. The view - as amazing as promised by the pictures - the beds, great - the access to beach - no street to navigate - so rare - love that! All the little extras, the beach chairs, wagon, games - so many things that helped make the stay effortless and nice - very appreciated. I would absolutely recommend. One small note - I was surprised by the parking allowing only one car, with another parking permit by request - just need to plan for that if like me you have family - my daughter and her family had a separate car. But the gate guard was super nice - it all worked out for us. We came for a birthday at a nearby beach and the weekend trip made some great family memories!

Perfect Location

Seascape has the perfect location without the Seawall BLV in the way of viewing the ocean! Seagull Splendor has the perfect ocean front view! Overall, we enjoyed our stay with an easy walk to the beach and easy pool access! We had our small children with us (3 years and 6 months) so the space was tight as we needed extra space for pack & plays, also I wish the master bedroom had some kind of curtains on the windows. The hosts were great and everything was just as it seems in the pictures. Again, can’t beat the location and overall great experience!

This day was amazing. Everything was good. Very clean. However, I wish I would have known to bring more shampoo and conditioner and trash bags. They did provide shampoo and conditioner but they were little ones and my daughter and I have huge thick thick hair so it takes a lot to wash and the trash bags. There was some but we needed more for our family. However, it was peaceful. The pool was warm. The ocean was beautiful

Nice view

Very nice unobstructed view of the beach/ocean. Convenient location for water park, Moody gardens, and restaurants. Generally clean but had awful smell from a couch cushion. Apparently prior renter spilled something. Owners sent someone to clean/fix problem following morning. Variable degrees of air conditioning despite small space. Specifically hot at bunk beds in entry. Also important to know that there are no washer and dryer in the unit. There's a coin operated laundry room on 2nd floor. It was annoying to have to wear a yellow paper wrist band during the stay as if we're children at an amusement park. The positives of the place are there but it's important to know the full picture.
