We are grateful for your prompt communication regarding the matter, and while our housekeeping team would have been happy to address the issue, we recognize and respect your decision to truncate your stay. Our guests' safety is of paramount importance, and we appreciate the information and images you provided, which were instrumental in alerting our Property Care team to the problem. We are pleased to report that the mold is currently being addressed. In light of the situation, we have revised our initial refund offer and have issued a full refund. However, we regret that we were unable to refund the parking fees, as this is managed directly by the complex. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this valuable feedback.
