Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history.

Front row seats to the epic Galveston sunrises and sunsets. Inside the home is an open floor plan, utility closet, 1/2 bath and mud room on the main floor. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.
The primary bedroom has a private covered deck, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with tile surround shower & double vanities. Throughout the home you will find custom window treatments, tile flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, modern finishes & designer hardware Beachside Village community is a community close to the Seawall, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This home is just a short walk to the beach and dune walkover.
Ring doorbell and outside cameras on main and master deck are in use.
Kayaks not for use. 150.00 fee if house key is not put back after stay.
NO TRAILERS of any kind.
Base rate is for 2 People. Extra guest fees apply after that.

After staying in many VRBOs, this home really stood out. Exceptional cleanliness, stocked with every essential item that you would need in the kitchen and baths. By far the cleanest and nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The owner was amazing and answered any questions I had quickly. I think he went above and beyond with communication. The beach was a short walk and absolutely beautiful! I hope we get to stay here again.

Great Location and All the Conveniences

I love Beachside Village and the connecting beaches, north and south. Its less busy than the fishing pier and downtown areas, but close enough for convenience. The house has plenty of room and provides all the conveniences you will need. The owner is prompt and courteous, but there were no issues at all.

Fantastic Beach House for Family

The house was clean, modern, and had all the things for a nice stay. The walk to the beach was quick, and the view of the beach from all of the patios at the house were great. We have stayed in this area for 5 years in a row, and this was our absolute favorite homes yet.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the layout of the bedrooms upstairs and the tv downstairs. Really enjoyed the purified water station. The walk to the beach was great! We had a memorable vacation!

Amazing!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was myself, my husband and two boys (3 and 5 years old). The house was completely furnished with everything we needed to cook dinners each night, very spacious and clean! Because we have 2 small kids, we of course timed the walk to the beach - 3 mins and 40seconds was our average time lol even with a 3 year old! Larry was fantastic to communicate with. Would 100% stay here again.

Great House for a Family Vacation for Memorial Day Weekend!

Larry was very prompt in answering questions before stay. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Home had all the amenities and well stocked. Very Spacious for 6 people and close walk to the beach. Home was very warm, inviting and clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again:)

This house is so stunning we’re trying to replicate for our own! The kitchen is amazing and has all the things you need to make any meal, including a wine fridge which was just what we needed! The house also comes fully stocked for all beach adventures including wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. we loved it so much we requested to stay an extra night, the property manager was so helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Beautiful place, very close to the beach

This modern place was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped—we didn’t miss a thing. We had a great week here. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, especially with young kids. Communication via text was easy, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. They even ordered new beach toys for our kids before we arrived. We will likely go to Galveston again next year, and this place is at the top of our list.
