We believe this to be the best location around, as you have quiet times at the condo, yet you are only minutes from town where all the activities take place. Check out the popular Strand Street for shopping, strolling, and dining. Hope on a trolley that will take you throughout the East End. There are many tours available nearby, as well. This is truly the best of both worlds!

Relax and unwind at this wonderful beachfront condo just steps away from the sand and water. Play in the surf, then come back and relax at the pool with a deck that offers plenty of outdoor seating to take in the gorgeous Gulf views, and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor showers, a picnic area with grills, hammocks, horseshoes and tennis are just a few of the amenities you'll enjoy at the Galvestonian. The condo itself has 1 bedroom and a futon in the living room for extra sleeping space. It is comfortable and a great place to come make awesome island vacation memories!

For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Great Stay in Galveston!

This condo was the perfect little spot for a quick vacation. The property was well maintained. The beach was close and the pool was great. This is a very family friend condo, if you’re looking for a spot for the whole family or don’t mind families enjoying the stay around you.

Property was nice. Check in was a bit complicated because they did not have on contract on file upon arrival. It was sorted out quickly which I was grateful for because I had my wife and 2 kids with me. The kitchen had everything I need to prepare several meals during our stay.

Great weekend get away

Property was fantastic! Well maintained and condo had everything a couple could need for the weekend! Quick easy walk to the beach- also in a nice area, not overcrouded. Even rhough at East end of Island, very easy to get to restaurants and many different fun activities on the island. Whether you want a nice comfortable condo on the beach with a beautiful pool area with hot tub and plan to spend all your time there, or use as a home base for exploring the island

Very well kept property with great pool and beautiful grounds! Nice and quiet beach away just far enough away from the busy strand, but close enough to drive and see the lit up Ferris wheel from our balcony in the distance. Only complaint was that refrigerator smelled horribly of fish. I called the property management company and they sent 2 sweet ladies out immediately to clean. We saw them clean it out with bleach, but smell was back the next day. It may have penetrated the plastic. Other than that, we would definitely come back.

We have stayed at the Galvistonian many times, lately the rules have changed considerably.The condo was very nice, very clean & confortable.

Great Beach Getaway

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! Great location on East Beach - waking up to a view of the Gulf every day is fantastic! Loved the beach access for our daily walks and sunset views. Nice, updated appliances in the kitchen for preparing meals. Comfy bed! Look forward to returning when we can!

The stay and the facility were first class. The only item missing was a cutting board for slicing vegetables in the kitchen. The dishwasher is NOT screwed to the underside of the counter top. Each time it is opened the entire unit falls forward. This puts a strain on the power cord and creates a fire hazard.

Well kept property as advertised. Small but perfect for a couple, possibly 3. Right on the beach but set back enough that you hear the waves but not the people. Great view from the balcony. Easy parking right in front. East beach, where this is located, is quieter and less populated than the in-town beaches and west beach. We'll be back!

Just What We Needed!

So relaxing! This location is perfect for being able to slow down and just be calm but also just a few minutes drive to wonderful restaurants and fun activities. The grounds are beautiful and the staff kind! Excellent, restful, experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking peace.

Loved this property! The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. There is no toaster so my morning breakfast was more creative, but coffee on the deck was one of the best parts of my day.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

The beach is beautiful, and pristine, with clear water and few people, the bulk of the tourists are gone. The view from the condo is perfect, and sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking from the balcony. If you are looking for a beach getaway that has everything, this is it. There are plenty of very good restaurants within a 10-15 min drive, most have local fresh seafood and are very happy to see you this time of year. October is the perfect time to visit.

I have stayed at Galvestonian several times in past year. It was very crowded andcmoisy ( holiday weekend) staff did not enforce shoes, beach cover, etc in lobby. People dripped thru and onto elevators disregarding signage. By Monday, things were quieter. I was locked out once. Front desk had me leaving Sunday..I just arrived Saturday for 6 nightcstay. I fixed chain in commode which kept water running in tank nonstop. During the week, I encountered and killed 2 huge waterbugs roaming in bathroom in middle of night. Hope I didnt scare neighbors w/ EEK! Wifi was in/ out over a 2 day period. Sofa futon cover was dirty, as well as area rug. Really need new rug and cover. Brown was not a good " beach" look. I love Galvestonian, maybe just not this unit, and definitely not on holiday weekend. As senior on limited income, spending 1500 for the week, I expected quality , just didnt feel it this trip.

Love the amenities!

The Galvestonian is a great property. It has a great hot tub, pool and is steps away from the beach. The condo is not luxury but has everything needed. This particular condo was not as comfortable as what we experienced before. The futon sofa in the den wasn’t comfortable for us, but it did have a comfy chair in the corner. We had a few issues after check-in. The 3rd party company responded quickly by text, but didn’t act for 2-3 days. It was a holiday, but I don’t think that’s an excuse. They were quick with texts but slow to act. I wish I could have spoken with the owner- I think they would have been more responsive. I could just tell they would be wonderful people. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to the Galvestonian again. I wouldn’t rent from this particular company, however.

Better for just restful vacation

This was just not for us. This was a condo more for just quiet and sleep. We flew in and were only provided 1 towel each for 7 nights with no laundry access. There is a quiet time from 10pm-7am and with the living room tv only on 3 the neighbors were banging on the wall. This is not a vacation for anyone not wanting to go to sleep at 10 and have no clean towels. The room was very well decorated. The room was clean and efficient other than towels. Do NOT plan on being outside or on the beach after 8:30 pm because the mosquitoes will eat you alive. That is not the condo owners fault by no means. The views of the ocean and boats were nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Honestly this is a nice and Very relaxing condo but is very difficult to stay in if you are flying in and cannot bring all of your own towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. We had to buy and leave most stuff. Oh and they are doing renovations so there is a ton of loud noise during the daytime hours. If you enjoy Galveston (which we did not) then this condo is in a great location. Not over populated, clean and well maintained area and easy to get to and from. My suggestion is bring towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and a couple trash bags. I would be prepared to rent chairs and umbrellas. And consider talking to the front desk about laundry service. We were informed after that if we would have booked directly from the Galvestonian and not 3rd party we would have unlimited towels and laundry access.
