  • Walk to the Seawall Beach and Pleasure Pier! Amazing Location and Perfect for Groups! This vacation rental is one of TWO cottages side-by-side.

    This vacation rental is one of 2 cottages side by side in the perfect location to walk to the beach and pleasure pier. 

    This one is a 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 baths unit. It has three TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  This home is great for a couples retreat or a small family.

    Dogs are allowed with a per pet fee of $100, 2 dogs maximum, billed after booking. This will be billed separately through Airbnb. If booking on VRBO choose the pet fee when booking.

    What's nearby: A few short blocks from the Seawall for Mardi Gras Parades and 4th of July Celebrations. Take a quick walk across the street to Menard Park.  Enjoy the park, dog park, rec room, water pad, and tennis court. Take a half-mile walk to put your feet in the sand or see the many shops, restaurants, and features this island has to offer. Including these places, the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, the Poop Deck, and the 5D Theatre Ride. If you are in for some fun, take a Galveston Land & Water Duck Tour.

    Garage space is available for 1 vehicle or to store your toys, bicycles. It is available on a first-come first-serve basis and may be shared with the cottage next door. Using the garage to park a car is only available if the 2nd unit is not rented.  

    The washer/dryer and gas grill are in the garage space and are shared with the neighboring cottage.

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Kiki2. It is decorated beautifully. The hosts are amazing. It was such a welcoming touch from the baskets of goodies to the basket of “Just in Case you Forgot” as well as lots of other amenities available.The host was always available to answer any and all questions. Lovely house located close to the beach and all the attractions. Very clean and has all necessities for the perfect stay. Wifi is slightly disappointing - there was no coverage on the first floor, so even the TV couldn't connect to the streaming services. But it will give you more time to stay with your family and not hang inside the devices ;-)

It was the perfect place to stay for myself, my 7 year old son and my parents. Unit 2 is the one we were in. 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath very spacious. The upstairs living area was nice too! It was close to seawall blvd (the beach), pleasure pier and pretty close to alot of the places we went to. We really enjoyed our "cottage" as we would call it. I definitely recommend and we will hopefully go back in a couple of years!

Perfect location

Location was within walking distance (5 min/one block) of the beach, dog park across the street, pickle ball/tennis courts across the street and east walking to some great food. The house was cute and well done, it’s exactly what we needed, small, great price, close to all the things, clean. Beds were comfy (although hard to meet everyone’s preference on a bed), bathrooms were nice, updated. The balcony upstairs was nice for coffee. WI-FI was meh, but not sure the island has a lightening fast infrastructure right now, kids were still able to play online with friends, so it wasn’t a big deal….and you know….the beach is just down the street. Owners were responsive, checkin easy and the cleaning crew did a great job. Pro-tip, don’t let the outside of BLVD Seafood scare you, it looks kind of like a dive but the food is amazing and the inside is nice, top notch seafood offerings, you can walk to it in less than 5 min and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Birthday Celebration at Kiki 2

We stayed at Kiki too to celebrate my daughters 33rd birthday the house has two bedrooms and a pullout couch upstairs and downstairs along with two balconies that face the east so you can watch the sunrise while you’re drinking your coffee the property was well-maintained everything worked except the coffee maker it might have been user error. I couldn’t get The to stop telling me that I needed to add water when there was clearly water in there we grill but there is a propane grill in the garage you can use however there is really isn’t a place to use it there I don’t know how if you really wanted to grill if that would be the best house however there is plenty of things to love about Kiki to the king size bed very comfortable spacious Nice amenities nice big tub with en suite bathroom with the king bedroom every bedroom had a TV along with the outside area where the plug couch was on the second story. It was easy to walk to the beach from there however if you’re like me and you bring lots of stuff it was a little bit hard to get down the stairs with my Cart if you like to eat at Boulevard restaurant it’s an easy walk and it is conveniently located across the street from the dog park the skate park and the playground and the splash pad if you have children this is a must stay if you have dogs and children it’s just perfect and skaters too right we had all three children skaters and dogs so it was a perfect.

We rent a place in Galveston every couple of years, and this was one of the best. Very walkable to beach and the middle of Seawall shops and restaurants. Recommend BLVD restaurant! The place must have been recently redone, with new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. Same with 2 1/2 nice bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub. Place was spotlessly clean. The place is far enough from Seawall to be quiet, close enough to easily walk. Would not hesitate to rent again.
